I’ve been involved in jewelry for over 30 years. Initially, I was a consumer (largely via my husband), but as my personal collection expanded, I became increasingly frustrated with the high prices, lack of imagination and poor quality that was available in retail stores and on Ebay. I initially decided to create jewelry for myself, but my little hobby soon turned into a magnificent obsession that shows no signs of letting up. By way of the internet, I search the world over for top-quality natural gemstones, semi-gemstones, freshwater pearls, and Bali tribe silver. While focusing on product quality, I also try to keep my costs down so that I can in turn pass those savings on to my customers. What distinguishes my jewelry is the unique combination of colors and stones that I use while making each necklace by hand. My ultimate goal is to create jewelry that will enhance the beauty and style of the woman who wears it.
I have been showing my jewelry to prospective buyers out of my own home. I live in Boston’s South End in a townhouse that I share with my husband, two Maine Coon cats and a West Highland White Terrier. If you are interested in seeing more jewelry please get in touch with me at the following email address: debra@debrafreesedesigns.com. I would love to show you more of my work. |
